We’re looking for a Production Supervisor to join our team and play a key role in driving smooth and efficient daily operations. In this role, you’ll lead the production team to achieve our goals by ensuring the right staffing, managing inventory and costs, and keeping production on schedule, while delivering on customer requirements.

Your Key Focus Areas

1. Human Resource Management - Recruit, train and motivate capable partners.

• Recruiting & Hiring - Assist Production Manager in recruiting and hiring production partners.

          招聘和雇佣-协助生产经理招聘和雇佣生产伙

• Training - Train production personnel on the job to perform up to safety, quality, productivity and housekeeping standards.

          培训-培训生产人员以达到所需安全、质量、产能和现场的5S标准。

• Morale - Maintain good partner morale.

• Hours - Verify that partners' hours worked are correct.

2. Production Schedule - Maintain production schedule, meeting quality, productivity and customer requirements.

     生产计划 - 按照生产计划，满足质量、产能以及客户的要求。

3. Inventory Control - Maintain good inventory control procedures for all raw materials that may be required in assignment department(s).

     库存控制 - 维持良好的原料库存控制以备工作部门所需

4. Policies and Procedures - Read, understand and ensure that appropriate policies and procedures are being adhered to.

5. Safety - Enforce safety rules, practices and procedures to assure safety of partners and Cintas assets.

6. Housekeeping & 5S - Maintain respective areas of responsibility in excellent condition at all times; get ready to welcome plant tour at any time

    清洁及5S管理 - 保证各个责任区域时刻状态良好以备随时会有的客户参观。

7. Quality - Participate and assist in the ongoing development of the Quality Improvement Process.

8. ABS system maintenance –Make sure all production related data are maintained correctly and timely.

9.  Establish objectives, targets and management plan according to the company principle

10. Ensure the implementation of department management plan and the accomplishment of objectives and targets of departments

11. Ensure all partners of the company can receive complete training and drills related to environmental and safety system

      确保本部门所有员工能接收到完整的环安体系相关知识的培训和演习

12. Deal with emergencies and abnormities of environmental and safety system occurred in the department

      处理本部门所发生的环安体系的紧急异常

13. Responsible for the distribution, correct utilization and validity confirmation of the PPE

      负责劳保用品的发放、佩戴检查、有效期确认

14. Acknowledge the company principle, target and guideline; Understand the important environmental factor and control efficiently; Can finish the task assigned by the supervisor about the environment management system.

     了解公司的方针、目标和指标；了解本部门的重大环境因素并有效管控；能完成上级交代的环境管理体系方面的工作。

To thrive in this role, you will bring:

1. Production team managements-3+ years experience of front line managements with mid-aged partners.

2. Familiar with KPI managements, experienced to motive the front line partners via KPI to drive continuously improvements.

3. Language-Can read English and prepare paper material in English

4. PC skill-basic skill of PC operating, good knowledge of material system

5. Good physical condition to lift 25 kg weights and can endure standing work at least 6 hours per shift.
