Job Responsibilities

Deeply penetrate the Beijing and surrounding markets, focusing on industrial client resources. Proactively identify corporate workwear rental needs, develop new client relationships, and achieve sales targets.

Customize professional workwear rental solutions based on each client's industry characteristics, corporate culture, and employee needs—including style selection, fabric choices, and rental program planning.

Continuously monitor industry developments and corporate growth to stay ahead of client procurement plans and latent needs, delivering value-added services.

Apply the Lindstrom Needs Identification Methodology to translate client pain points into high-value solutions, driving joint innovation and value-added service implementation.

Track industry trends and client strategic movements (e.g., ESG, green manufacturing), proactively identify collaboration entry points, and deeply align Lindstrom's service capabilities with clients' organizational objectives.

Coordinate internal operations and delivery teams to ensure efficient fulfillment of Lindstrom commitments.
Requirements

5+ years of sales experience with familiarity with Beijing-based corporate resources. Candidates with value-based and solution-selling expertise are preferred.

Established industrial client resources or networks with the ability to rapidly connect with target clients' decision-makers.

Strong market analysis, business negotiation, and client needs discovery capabilities. Skilled at independently developing sales plans and solutions with effective execution.

Results-oriented, able to perform under sales pressure. Excellent communication, coordination, and teamwork skills. Proactive, highly responsible, with strong customer service awareness and professional integrity.

Comfortable with high-frequency client visits and business travel.
