We are now seeking an enthusiastic Route Planner to join our Romanian team in a permanent position in Bucharest. Become a Lindströmer and help us make a difference!
Your key contribution areas
As a Route Planner, you will ensure the most efficient, high‑quality delivery routes that keep our services running smoothly across the country.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Plan, optimise and follow up daily on delivery routes.
- Checking of invoices (checking the kms, GPS reports, and controlling the hours loading/unloading of vans)
- Planning additional routes (store openings, carpet recycling route, locker rooms + collectors collection, urgent deliveries)
- Monitor service quality, delivery performance and scanning activities.
- Manage unforeseen situations and support drivers with real‑time solutions.
- Conduct delivery service audits and propose improvements
- Searching of the new delivery service companies
- Training of deliverers to comply with the work instructions in force.
- Registration of transports of work equipment that requires IT Code (transfer between warehouses, imports, sales) in the RO-e Transport system.
- Lindstrom fleet management – the relationship with the leasing company, the relationship with the car repair shops, the tire repair shops. Registration of invoices for leasing, fuel and services from the leasing company.

To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, route planning or a similar role.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with drivers and suppliers.
- Good English skills
- Knowledge in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, e-mail, Internet;
- Ability to work systematically, solve problems and adapt to changing situations.
