PURPOSE

• Support procurement in Europe with product data

maintenance and new item creation.

• Ensure product and supplier master data quality and global process compliance for item creation together with global procurement team.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Creating logo item codes in PLM, fializing them in Powered.
• Creating design and promo mat codes codes in PLM, fializing them in Powered and adding price models to them in CRM.
• Adding price models to existing desing mats in CRM.
• Finalizing the grounding of the WWS.
• Finalizing new labels, materials, buttons, zippers and other items in Powered.
• Finalizing the grounding of other categories.
• Updating master data in case a garment is transfered to Prodem.
• Adding ProdemHU to Powered/MRC in case they would like to order new material.
• Correcting Items from the past
• Creating wiper item codes in PLM, fializing them in Powered.
• Creating new user ID at Falk&Ross and PoWear, ect. supplier websites to the BUBs and project managers.
• Maintaining Supplier or product related documents in PLM

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Collage/University level degree or relevant qualification
• Good oral and written English language skills
• Fair IT skills
• Good networking skills and structured way of working
• Target oriented and capable of operating under pressure
• Precision, accuracy.
