About the role 

In this role, you will be part of a team of 4 Sales Managers – each leading a team of Sales Representatives – reporting to the Sales Director. You will lead the local high-value sales agenda, drive profitable growth, and support your team in turning opportunities into long-term customer partnerships. This role combines commercial leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on coaching. 

  • Lead and develop your Sales Team 

  • Own the local high-value sales strategy and execution 

  • Deliver team revenue targets and profitable growth 

  • Take responsibility for the team’s financial performance 

What you’ll do 

  • Lead, motivate, and coach the sales team to achieve ambitious targets and build a strong performance culture 

  • Drive new business acquisition and identify growth opportunities in high-value customer segments 

  • Build customer-centric solutions and support the team in creating value for both new and existing customers 

  • Turn strategy into action through planning, follow-up, pipeline management, and data-driven decision-making 

  • Use CRM actively to keep sales activities, customer insights, and opportunities up to date 

  • Work closely with local and global stakeholders to strengthen sales excellence and share best practices 

  • Support team growth through recruitment, onboarding, coaching, and continuous development
