1. Market Development: Deeply cultivate the Guangzhou and surrounding markets, focusing on resources within the biopharmaceutical industry; proactively identify corporate workwear rental needs, develop new client resources, and achieve sales targets.
2. Solution Customization: Tailor professional workwear rental solutions based on different clients' industry characteristics, corporate culture, and employee needs, including style and fabric selection, rental plan design, etc.
3. Industry Deep Dive: Continuously monitor industry trends and corporate development; promptly grasp clients' procurement plans and potential needs, and provide professional services.
4. Market Insight: Analyze regional market competition dynamics; provide feedback on client needs and market trends, and assist the company in optimizing product, pricing, and service strategies.

1. Experience: 2–3 years of sales experience, familiar with enterprise resources in Guangzhou and surrounding areas; candidates with workwear rental or enterprise service sales experience are preferred.
2. Resource Advantage: Possess client resources or connections in the biopharmaceutical and healthcare industries; the ability to quickly connect with target clients' decision-makers is a plus.
3. Competency: Excellent market analysis, business negotiation, and client needs identification skills; adept at independently developing sales plans and executing them efficiently; proficient in office software, capable of completing sales data analysis and proposal preparation.
4. Professionalism: Results-oriented, able to withstand performance pressure, with outstanding communication, coordination, and teamwork skills; proactive, highly responsible, with strong client service awareness and professional ethics.
5. Other: Adaptable to high-frequency client visits.
