DIRECTOR, INVESTMENTS & PROJECT MANAGEMENT

We’re now looking for Director, Investments & Project Management to join our global Service Operations team in a permanent role at our head office in Helsinki. Join our team and help us make a difference!  

Your key contribution areas 

In this role, you'll lead group‑level capacity investment portfolio and project management. Your mission is to ensure our laundry network has optimal capacity and support safe, efficient and sustainable operations. You’ll lead a global team of project managers and, together with key stakeholders, turn forecasts and strategy into clear priorities, smart investment projects and measurable results. You'll: 

  • Own the laundry investment portfolio, ensuring plans are prioritised and delivered as agreed 

  • Build strong, long‑term supplier and partner relationships 

  • Foster collaboration across teams and functions to enable seamless planning and execution of projects and the portfolio 

  • Build team capabilities by leading and coaching team members, and by developing processes and tools

You’re a strategic thinker and a practical doer who thrives in a global, operational environment. You enjoy working across functions and cultures, and you know how to turn complex topics into clear decisions and action. To succeed in this role, you’ll likely have: 

  • A relevant university degree 

  • Extensive experience in project management, operations process design and/or large‑scale investments (preferably from construction, industrial or production environments) 

  • Strong background in investment planning, budgeting and contract management 

  • Proven people leadership skills, preferably in an international hybrid context 

  • Strong portfolio and project management skills 

  • A growth mindset and genuine curiosity to learn 

Fluent English is required; other languages are an advantage. 

Your key people 

You’ll be part of the global Service Operations & Supply Chain organisation and lead a team of six investment project experts. You’ll work closely with colleagues across global development functions, country regional organisations, and external partners.
