Role Summary

The Lead Qualification Specialist will support marketing campaigns by making outbound calls to leads, qualifying them as SQLs, updating CRM details, and assigning qualified leads to the relevant sales team for follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

  • Call campaign-generated leads and validate their interest.
  • Understand customer requirements and qualify leads based on agreed SQL criteria.
  • Update lead status, remarks, and contact details accurately in CRM.
  • Assign qualified SQLs to the right sales team member.
  • Follow up with warm leads and support lead nurturing.
  • Encourage prospects to complete CTA forms or share requirements.
  • Share daily/weekly calling and lead status reports.

Required Skills

  • Good communication skills.
  • Experience in tele- calling, outbound calling, inside sales, or lead generation.
  • Basic CRM knowledge, preferably HubSpot.
  • Strong follow-up discipline and data accuracy.
  • Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams

Preferred Experience

1–3 years of experience in B2B tele -calling, lead qualification, or campaign lead follow-up.

Role Objective

To ensure campaign leads are contacted, qualified, nurtured, and assigned to sales in a timely manner to improve lead conversion and pipeline quality.
