Job Responsibilities

  1. Participate in our systematic internal sales training to rapidly build product knowledge and customer insight.
  2. Own the full sales cycle, including prospecting, needs discovery, solution presentation, contract negotiation, and delivery.
  3. Proactively generate business opportunities through high-frequency field visits and industry networking; keenly gather and analyze market demand, build client trust, systematically establish regional sales networks, and drive sustainable business growth.
  4. Maintain client relationships, deeply understand customer needs, and provide customized service solutions to ensure satisfaction.
  5. Achieve company-set sales targets and KPIs, accurately recording sales activities and client data in CRM systems.
  6. Continuously optimize sales strategies, monitor market and competitor dynamics, and provide actionable insights for business iteration.

We Hope You Are

  1. 2025 graduates or those graduating in 2026; bachelor's degree or above; business, marketing, or related majors preferred; English reading and writing proficiency required.
  2. Prior internship, part-time, or summer work experience in customer service, retail, or B2B preferred.
  3. Participation in sales competitions, business case analysis, or projects during university is a plus.
  4. Results-oriented mindset with the ability to identify opportunities, build client relationships, and drive closures.
  5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; confident and proactive in initiating client contact.
  6. Curious and eager to learn; enjoy understanding customer needs and creating value through service.
  7. Resilient; able to maintain motivation under pressure, actively accept feedback, and continuously improve.
  8. Basic digital literacy; proficient in office software and CRM systems.
  9. Self-driven with excellent time management and organizational coordination skills.
  10. Base in Guangzhou. In line with our talent development strategy, high performers will have opportunities for long-term placement at our factories in Beijing, Shanghai, Suzhou, Chengdu, and other locations. Candidates open to relocation are welcome to apply; corresponding subsidies will be provided for approved relocations.
