We are now looking for a proactive and people-focused HR Generalist to join our South East Europe team and support our operations across Romania, Bulgaria and Serbia.
This is an opportunity for an HR professional who wants to make a difference beyond a single market. In this role, you'll help shape the employee experience across three countries, working closely with managers and employees to create a workplace where people can grow, belong and shine. Your key contribution areas

As our HR Generalist, you'll be a trusted partner for managers and employees throughout the employee lifecycle. You'll help ensure that our HR practices support business success while creating a caring and engaging employee experience.
 
Your responsibilities will include:
  • Ensuring accurate and timely execution of all HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle
  • Leading recruitment, onboarding and talent development activities
  • Ensuring local compliance with employment legislation and alignment with global HR policies and governance
  • Supporting business leaders on people, culture and organisational topics
  • Maintaining accurate HR data, employee records and HR systems

We believe you will succeed in this role if you have:
  • Previous experience in an HR Generalist role
  • Experience in recruitment and employer branding
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience using HR systems and Microsoft Office tools
  • Fluency in English
