HEAD OF HIGH VALUE

 

Join Lindström Latvia as a purposeful and energetic leader ready to drive our high‑value customer segment to new heights.

 

As the Head of High Value, you will be part of the Lindström Latvia Leadership Team and lead the strategic and operational development of the high‑value customer segment. You will guide and develop the HV Sales and Account Management teams, ensure strong strategy execution, and drive growth in key customer industries. Your role includes steering sales performance, profitability, and pricing strategy, shaping strategic customer solutions, and building long‑term partnerships through high‑level negotiations. This position combines P&L responsibility, people leadership, and hands‑on engagement with key customers.

 

We are looking for you if you have:

  • A Bachelor’s or MBA degree in Business, Economics, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of B2B sales management experience and experience leading sales teams
  • A track record of managing significant sales volumes and achieving strong business results
  • Experience in executive‑level negotiations and long sales‑cycle processes
  • Strong understanding of pricing, margins, and profitability with data‑driven decision‑making skills
  • Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and performance management
  • A strategic mindset combined with a hands‑on approach with key customers
  • A coaching leadership style and the ability to develop experienced sales professionals
  • Fluency in Latvian and English, good computer skills, and a category B driving licence
