HEAD OF COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
We're looking for a Head of Compensation and Benefits to join our global Strategy, People & Sustainability team and help us develop reward practices that support both our people and our business. This is a permanent role based at our head office in Kalasatama, Helsinki. Join our team and help us make a difference!
Your key contribution areas
In this role, you'll develop and continuously improve Lindström's global compensation and benefits practices and help bring consistency and clarity across our international organisation. From incentive schemes and salary structures to pay transparency and annual compensation reviews, you'll help build reward practices that attract, reward and retain talent while enabling sustainable business growth.
Your key focus areas:
• Design, develop and implement compensation and benefits programmes that balance global consistency with local needs
• Drive pay equity and transparency initiatives through data and insights
• Lead annual compensation review cycles and reward governance processes
• Develop and harmonise incentive schemes that support performance and business growth
• Partner closely with HR, Talent Acquisition, Finance and business leaders across our operating countries
• Monitor market trends, salary surveys and benchmarking data
• Maintain global job architecture, grading structures and salary bands
• Own and develop our SAP SuccessFactors Compensation & Benefits modules and related reward processes
What helps you to shine in this role?
You're an experienced comp & ben professional who enjoys combining analytical thinking with practical problem-solving. You feel at home in an international business environment and enjoy partnering with stakeholders across countries and functions. This role combines strategic development with hands-on ownership. You're comfortable navigating complex topics, working with data and turning insights into practical solutions.
To thrive in this role, you will bring:
• 7+ years of experience in compensation and benefits or total rewards, ideally in a global environment
• Relevant degree in Human Resources, Business, Economics, Finance or a related field
• Experience developing reward programmes, compensation structures and incentive schemes
• Strong understanding of pay transparency, compliance and benchmarking practices
• Strong analytical skills and experience working with compensation data, modelling and HR systems
• Ability to influence stakeholders across functions and countries
• Excellent communication skills and fluent business English language
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Compensation & Benefits is an advantage

We work closely together, support each other and share a genuine interest in helping both our people and business succeed – sustainably. In this role, you'll collaborate widely with our global HR network, Talent Acquisition, Finance and business leaders across Lindström countries.
