MANAGER, PEOPLE DEVELOPMENT 

We’re looking for a Manager, People Development to join our global People & Culture team and help us build the capabilities we need for the future. This is a permanent role, preferably based at our head office in Helsinki, with the possibility to be located in another Lindström country. 

In this hands-on role, you’ll shape how learning happens across Lindström – in an international environment where collaboration, curiosity and continuous development are part of everyday work. 

Your key contribution areas 

In this role, you’ll build and develop our global learning ecosystem and bring clarity and structure to how we support growth across countries. 

Your key focus areas: 

  • Build and evolve Lindström’s learning ecosystem to support growth 
  • Create competence frameworks, learning paths and career structures 
  • Design practical, impactful learning solutions aligned with business needs 
  • Own, develop and manage our learning tools, including the LMS, ensuring smooth day-to-day administration while continuously improving the user experience and business value 
  • Lead development initiatives from idea to implementation – and ensure adoption 
  • Drive consistency and clarity in learning and development across our global organisation 
  • Partner with stakeholders across functions and countries

To thrive in this role, you will bring: 

  • Experience in learning, talent or organisational development – ideally in a global setting 
  • Relevant education 
  • Ability to translate business needs into meaningful learning solutions 
  • Strong stakeholder collaboration and influencing skills across cultures 
  • Project leadership experience – from idea to implementation 
  • Experience with learning technologies, digital solutions and LMS 
  • Comfortable combining development work with operational ownership and continuous improvement 
  • Excellent written and spoken English

You’ll be part of our global People & Culture team based in Helsinki. We work closely together, support each other and share a genuine interest in helping people grow and succeed. 

In this role, you’ll collaborate widely across Lindström and contribute to development initiatives that span our global organisation.
