SENIOR PEOPLE SYSTEM SPECIALIST

We’re looking for a tech-savvy Senior People System Specialist to join our global People & Culture team and take a key role in developing the systems behind our people processes. This is a permanent role based at our head office in Helsinki.

In this role, you’ll ensure that our people systems are reliable, scalable and easy to use, while supporting better people experiences, informed decision-making and Lindström’s continued growth.

Your key contribution areas

You’ll act as the senior key user and global system expert for SAP SuccessFactors. You’ll coordinate development activities, support our key-user community and turn business needs into practical and sustainable system solutions.

Your key focus areas:

•    Coordinate system development, releases, new modules and enhancements, contributing to the people systems roadmap
•    Translate business needs into effective, scalable and well-integrated digital people solutions together with people development colleagues, IT and external partners
•    Develop integrations, data flows, data quality and access governance across connected systems
•    Lead testing and implementation of system changes while identifying opportunities for automation, simpler processes and a better user experience
•    Coordinate the key-user community and build capabilities through coaching, knowledge sharing, documentation and training
•    Support people analytics and reporting, and contribute to the responsible development of AI and other new capabilities within our systems

What helps you to shine in this role?

This role is for someone who enjoys building, improving and making things work better. We have successfully implemented SAP SuccessFactors, but we're still on a journey, and we're looking for a person who gets excited about developing our people systems landscape as a whole and turning ideas into impactful, scalable solutions.

To thrive in this role, you bring:

•    Strong hands-on experience with HRIS, preferably with SAP SuccessFactors, and a genuine interest in continuously developing tools
•    A proactive, development-oriented mindset and the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and simplification
•    Experience working with integrations and connected systems; familiarity with payroll integrations is an advantage
•    A willingness to lead initiatives, influence stakeholders and bring people together around shared goals
•    Curiosity about new technologies and how data, analytics and AI can create better employee experiences and support decision-making
•    Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders across our global organisation in English

Your key people

You’ll be part of our global People & Culture team. We work closely together, support each other and share a passion for creating great people experiences across Lindström.

Your role connects many different perspectives. You’ll collaborate with our People & Culture community, business leaders, IT colleagues, key users, external consultants and system vendors. Together, you’ll ensure that our global people systems support both everyday work and Lindström’s growth.

What we offer

•    A meaningful global role where you can influence how our digital people solutions develop
•    The opportunity to work closely with SAP SuccessFactors and shape solutions that support people across Lindström
•    An international, growing company where your contribution has visible impact
•    Opportunities to grow, develop and deepen your expertise
•    Local benefits such as occupational healthcare services and sports, culture, and well-being perks
•    A hybrid-work model - with at least three days a week at the office
•    A purpose-driven and supportive work environment committed to fostering our We Care culture

Are you ready to grow and shine with us?
