Purpose of the Role

We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented professional to take responsibility for the daily management and continuous development of our delivery services. In this role, you will ensure smooth operations in line with the annual operational plan while driving service quality and customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Development

  • Coordinate processes between the company, carriers, and drivers
  • Inspire, motivate, and engage the team to achieve high performance

Operations Management

  • Plan, maintain, and optimize delivery routes
  • Ensure efficient and high-quality delivery services in line with company standards
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction

Administrative & Control Tasks

  • Verify invoices and pricing calculations for accuracy
  • Ensure compliance with operational procedures and transport regulations

Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Experience in transport logistics coordination OR education in logistics (secondary, tertiary, or relevant adult education)
  • Understanding of transport legislation

Skills & Knowledge

  • Strong knowledge of local road networks and traffic conditions
  • Good understanding of distribution service operations
  • Proficiency in standard office tools (e.g., MS Office)
  • Ability to work flexibly and respond quickly to operational challenges

Personal Profile

  • Reliable, structured, and solution-oriented
  • Strong team player with a firm but approachable communication style
  • Comfortable balancing planning with hands-on problem solving
