Account Representative
Position Summary:
The Account Representative is responsible for building partnerships and collaboration with accounts on-ground. They are responsible for managing customer accounts, providing product information, processing orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
They will act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and coordinating with internal teams to deliver timely and accurate solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage accounts end-to-end. Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., operations, sales) to resolve issues and ensure on-time delivery

Responsible for steering all account related deliveries such as account plan, preparation & execution of account

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person

Prepare quotes, process purchase orders, and monitor order fulfilment

Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products/services

Track account activity and maintain accurate records in CRM systems
Specs:

Bachelor’s degree in any field

1–3 years of experience in account management, sales support, or customer service

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities

Proficient in Microsoft Office and preferably in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
