We are all part of Lindström's sustainable growth story. Get ready to work in innovative and global environment of impactful textile service business. We care in every thread – dare to grow and shine with us.
What does it take to turn a customer's workwear needs into a solution that is ready to wear? It takes someone who can connect many moving parts – customer expectations, design, product specifications, pricing, suppliers, timelines and local teams – and keep them moving towards the same goal.
We’re looking for a Project Manager, customised workwear to support our customers and teams across Central Europe. You’ll take ownership of customised workwear projects from the first customer requirement through to first delivery. This is a regional role where good project management has a very tangible outcome: turning customer needs into workwear solutions that can be successfully delivered.
What you’ll be doing
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading customised workwear projects from the initial customer request through product creation and contract conclusion to first delivery
- Turning customer requirements into clear solutions, including collection plans and product development briefs for designers and product specialists
- Bringing people together by acting as the main contact for regional Lindström sales teams and coordinating with internal teams and external partners
- Planning and prioritising projects across several countries, agreeing scope, milestones, responsibilities and resource requirements
- Coordinating products and suppliers, including costing, minimum order quantities, lead times, capacity and product availability
- Keeping decisions and risks visible, managing changes to specifications, costs and timelines and making sure the right stakeholders are involved
- Making sure projects are ready for delivery, including product specifications, customer approvals and a clear handover to local implementation, Operations and CX teams.
What helps you succeed in this role?
You know how to create clarity when a project involves different expectations, stakeholders and practical constraints. You’re comfortable moving between customer requirements and concrete plans, while keeping an eye on timelines, commercial considerations and the details that determine whether a product can actually be delivered.
For this role, we’re looking for:
- Proven project management experience, ideally from the textile industry and/or a B2B environment
- Strong planning and coordination skills and the ability to evaluate alternatives and make sound project decisions
- The ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into appealing workwear solutions
- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills, with confidence working across functions, countries and external partners
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and a practical, customer-focused approach
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Good Microsoft Office skills; experience with graphic design software is an advantage.
- A higher education degree, preferably in textile engineering or a related field
Your collaboration network
You’ll work closely with regional Lindström sales teams, as well as colleagues and partners involved in design, product development, procurement, production, implementation, Operations and Customer Experience. Textile manufacturers and other third-party suppliers will also be an important part of your project network.
Your role is to help all these contributors move in the same direction – with clear decisions, realistic commitments and a shared understanding of what needs to happen next.
