We are now seeking a proactive and people-focused HR Specialist to join our team in South Korea in a permanent position, while also supporting the team in Vietnam. Become a Lindströmer and help us make a difference!

Your key contribution areas:

As an HR Specialist, you will ensure that Lindström’s HR policies and processes are implemented effectively in South Korea and Vietnam while supporting business leaders and enhancing employee experience across the full lifecycle.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring local compliance with employment laws and alignment with global HR policies and governance
• Driving employee experience across the full lifecycle, from employer branding and recruitment to onboarding and retention
• Supporting business leaders on people and culture topics
• Maintaining accurate HR data, employee records, and HRIS systems

To succeed in this role, you bring:

• 1-2 years of experience in an HR Generalist role
• Solid knowledge of labour law and HR best practices
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in HR Information systems and Microsoft Office Suite

Language requirements:

- Korean and English (professional).

You will report to the Head of HR and work closely with local management teams. You will also collaborate with global HR colleagues and external partners such as recruitment agencies.
