[Main responsibilities]

•Responsible for the sales process, customer interaction and sales profitability
•Identify and create the sales portfolio
•Pursue new sales opportunities through field visits, networking, and lead generation – gather market intelligence
•Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide suitable service and solution recommendations
•Conduct presentations to potential customers
•Negotiate contracts and close the sales successfully
•Achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company
•Interact and collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of the solutions
•Continuously assesses and improves sales tactics based on feedback and result
•Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback to provide actionable insights to the company
•Stay updated on product/ service knowledge and sales techniques through continuous training
•Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and contracts using CRM software
 

[Desired education, experience & background]

•3–5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in supplying consumables or materials to pharmaceutical and biotech manufacturers (e.g., cleanroom consumables, PPE, QC/QA supplies, production materials).
•Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
•Strong track record in acquiring new accounts and managing long-cycle, solution-based sales.
•Experience working with key pharma stakeholders such as QA, QC, Production, Engineering, Validation, Procurement, and understanding their decision-making processes.
•Knowledge of EU GMP Annex 1, ISO 14644 standards, cleanroom classifications, and related regulatory expectations.
•Signs of commitment and growth in sales career
•Excellent communication skills
•Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), sales pipeline management, and data-driven sales processes.
•Good command of English
