  • Implementing procurement strategy in the respective region
  • Directing and coaching procurement activities and tasks, e.g. sourcing, negotiation, contract management
  • Managing supply planning work as part of LMM, including clear and regular communication between Group and regions/countries (e.g. CW capacity planning, weekly sales backlog planning and monthly demand and supply planning together with BUB and Purchase Managers)  
  • Strong leadership capability to lead and develop the procurement team
  • Driving region level procurement and stock development / optimization projects to gain cost-efficiency in direct and indirect purchases, and to gain better utilization of working capital
  • Managing monthly regional procurement review as part of Region BR meeting
  • Inventory management together with business unit – lifecycle management
  • Directing supplier related approvals, supplier performance management including claim handling process, and supplier audits and evaluations
  • Mapping and scanning the market for new potential suppliers
  • Strong leadership skills to lead new development Projects
  • Leading China’s expansion accordingly after business need
  • Strong track records of identifying new sources and leading both business and People in strong directions
