The Role

We are looking for a motivated and confident Telesales Representative to join our growing Sales team. In this role, you will engage with new and existing business leads, understand customer needs, and successfully convert opportunities into long term partnerships. You will play a key role in driving business growth while representing Lindström’s high standards of service and professionalism. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound leads via phone, email, website, and other channels
  • Proactively build, manage, and update a robust sales pipeline
  • Conduct outbound B2B telesales and cold calling activities
  • Present and promote Lindström’s services clearly and confidently
  • Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Secure sales agreements and meet or exceed sales targets
  • Gather competitor contract and renewal information where relevant
  • Accurately record all customer interactions in the CRM system
  • Support marketing campaigns through prospecting activity 

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, or new business sales (B2B preferred)
  • Strong communication and influencing skills
  • Confident phone manner with the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Resilient, target driven, and motivated by achieving results
  • Well organised with effective time management skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced, high pressure environment
  • Competent with CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Educated to secondary level or equivalent
