Key Account Manager

Main responsibilities

Ensure excellent customer experience at all levels

Lead the sales plans and the internal team by bringing in the best experts to help the customers

Analyse the data and proactively provide insights and solutions

Act as main contact between the company and named key customers

Drive sales, including presenting the business case on how to help the customer in the best way

Develop long-term relationships, ensuring consistent communication and regular check-ins

Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. marketing, operations, product development)

Create and execute account plans tailored to each client’s business objectives

Monitor account performance and ensure customer satisfaction

Identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities and drive revenue growth

Track and report key metrics such as retention rates, sales growth and client feedback

Purpose of the role - KAM is leading the internal account team, ensuring customer satisfaction, retention and revenue growth in named customer segment.

Desired education, experience & background

Bachelor’s degree in BA, Marketing, Sales or similar, related field

Min 3-5+ years of experience in account management, sales, or client relationship management

Proven track record in sales, portfolio development and customer satisfaction

Experience of B2B sales activities in the service business

Experience in data-led tracking, reporting and development

Experience in understanding and prioritizing the client needs

Experience to maintain resilience under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances

Experience in and focused on achieving measurable outcomes for both clients and the company

Experience in multinational company is an advantage

Language Requirements

local language is a must

English as a working language
