Main responsibilities

  • Build, lead and coach a team to meet and exceed targets​
  • Plan, develop and implement sales strategies aligned with Lindström’s goals​
  • To ensure exceptional customer experiences ​
  • Monitor sales funnel performance and pipeline health​
  • Conduct joint visits and support team in customer negotiations​
  • Ensure CRM usage and data accuracy across the team​
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery​
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities​
  • Drive continuous improvement in sales processes and team performance

Purpose of the role

To lead and develop a high-performing sales team by driving strategy, coaching execution, and ensuring sustainable revenue growth aligned with Lindström’s values.

Desired education, experience & background

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or Management

  • Minimum of 6-8 years of total sales experience, preferably in B2B services

  • 3–5 years of total experience in sales leadership, preferably in B2B services

  • Proven track record in team management and sales planning

  • Excellent track record in presenting with persuasion

  • Strong analytical, coaching and empowering skills

  • Experience with CRM systems and sales analytics

  • Knowledge of textile rental or service industries is an advantage

  • Ability to lead through change and motivate diverse team
