Purpose of the Role:

The Quality Coordinator will support quality, compliance and Cleanroom operations at the Business Unit. The role will focus on ensuring process compliance, accurate documentation, quality monitoring and adherence to defined Cleanroom and Quality Management System requirements.

The role will also support quality initiatives as the business expands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review processes, documentation and Cleanroom practices to ensure compliance with defined standards.
  • Monitor daily shop-floor activities and routine quality checks.
  • Review daily Cleanroom and operational documents for completeness and compliance.
  • Identify and report malfunctions, deviations and non-conformities.
  • Monitor routine testing results, compile test data and escalate quality concerns.
  • Inspect incoming materials such as packaging materials, chemicals, cleaning agents and consumables.
  • Monitor internal in-process quality checks and ensure required records are maintained.
  • Manage issuance, distribution and retrieval of quality-related documents.
  • Monitor equipment and instrument calibration, qualification and other scheduled quality activities.
  • Assist in employee training on quality, documentation and Cleanroom practices.
  • Provide support for the Quality Management System, audits, corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

Required

  • B.Sc. / D.Pharm / B.Pharm
  • 1–4 years of experience in Quality, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Compliance or related operations.

Preferred

  • Experience in Pharma, Manufacturing, Semiconductor, Cleanroom, Medical Devices or other regulated industries will be preferred.
