Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for daily client inquiries and consultations; handle feedback efficiently to maintain strong relationships and enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Respond promptly to customer complaints, disputes, and complex issues; drive problems to closed-loop resolution to minimize dissatisfaction and protect company reputation.
  • Perform client billing verification and monitor outstanding payments; execute account reconciliation and collection processes to ensure timely cash collection.
  • Collaborate with internal business units to align on client requirements and order progress, ensuring smooth workflow execution.
  • Proactively engage with our accounts, communicate business updates, identify potential collaboration opportunities, and strengthen client retention.
  • Accurately enter and maintain client data in English-language systems; ensure data integrity, completeness, and compliance.
Requirements:
  • Associate degree or above; proficient in English reading and writing, capable of navigating English-language systems and handling basic business communication in English.
  • 1–2 years of experience in customer service or business support; external client-facing experience preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and business communication skills; patient, tactful, and adaptable with diverse clients.
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset; able to drive issues to closure and handle tasks independently.
  • High enthusiasm and accountability; positive attitude with a commitment to quality.
  • Fast learner; able to quickly master business processes and system operations, with a strong desire to grow.
