We are looking for a Regional Sales Data Analyst to join our Central Europe Region in a permanent position. The position can be based in any country from our Central Europe Region (United Kingdom, Hungary, Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Austria, Germany, Slovenia, Serbia, Croatia, Romania and Bulgaria).
In this role, you’ll turn sales data into practical insights, stronger leads and better ways of working. Your analysis will help regional sales teams make informed decisions, improve efficiency and identify opportunities for sustainable growth.
Your key contribution areas:
You’ll work closely with Sales, Marketing and Data & Analytics colleagues to make data useful in everyday sales work. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Turning data into action: Analyse sales performance to identify trends, patterns, anomalies and growth opportunities, then translate your findings into clear recommendations.
- Improving lead generation: Develop data-driven methods to identify and prioritise high-quality leads, and work with marketing teams to improve lead quality and conversion.
- Making insights accessible: Extract and consolidate information from customer relationship management systems, sales tools and market research databases, and create reports and dashboards for regional and local sales teams.
- Strengthening data quality and capability: Maintain reliable sales data, address data-quality issues and promote good data-management practices and a data-driven culture across regional sales teams.
What helps you to shine in this role?
You enjoy looking beyond the numbers to understand what they mean for sales teams and customers. You can work independently when analysing complex information, while also collaborating with colleagues across functions and countries.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Experience in sales data analysis, business intelligence or a similar analytical role
- Strong skills in Excel and SQL, together with experience using a data-visualisation tool such as Power BI or Tableau
- Experience with customer relationship management systems, such as Dynamics, and other sales tools
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and presentation skills, with close attention to accuracy, data security and privacy
Your key people:
You’ll partner with Sales Managers to develop sales strategies based on data insights. You’ll also collaborate with Marketing colleagues on lead generation and with the Data & Analytics team on data practices and capability-development projects.
