Main responsibilities
Make outbound/ inbound calls to potential and existing leads and customers to promote products/services and convert them to sales
Identify customer needs and provide recommendation designed for the call campaign.
Provide intended customer experience by creating a desired emotional atmosphere through active listening towards the customer.
Close sales and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain detailed records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Stay updated on product/ service knowledge and sales techniques through continuous training.
Collaborate with the sales team to improve performance and share best practices.
Manage own sales pipeline and be mindful of required activity to fulfil the goals in the pipeline.
Purpose of the role - Promote and sell the organization's products and services with standard offering, standard solutions and standard pricing.
Desired education, experience & background
A Bachelor’s degree is business, marketing or communications
A proven track record in high-quality customer interactions
Prior experience in sales, customer service and/ or telemarketing (min. 1-3 years)
Business understanding (customer focus industries, market trends, buyer personas)
Proven track record of achieving the sales targets
Openness to adopting new AI-driven solutions
Familiarity with any specific industries is a bonus
Skills (Core, People & Technical)
Outstanding communication skills: excellent verbal communication, persuasive abilities
Active listening: ability to understand customer needs
Confidence and courage to be proactive in calling
Knowledge of different sales techniques
Adaptation skills
Skillful user of CRM and any other digital sales tools
Language Requirements
